is there a way to get rid of a beta
hi i downloaded and installed ios 14 beta. i was wondering if there was a way to get it back to ios 13

Any Backups Prior to this Update?

The update software on Mac link is out of date. This is the “universal” update link—>Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. It covers PC and Mac, including Catalina using Finder, as well as over-the-air.

If the person is running Catalina on their Mac, iTunes is no longer used for backups. It is now done in Catalina Finder.
Didn't you read when you installed the beta?
Go back to the Apple official Beta site and read the instructions.
