I installed and downloaded the update for my iPad but at the end it stopped and froze it has been the same white screen With the black Apple logo for 6 hours and 15 minutes

I tried and it millions of times and it never worked
I don’t have a MacBook so I can’t do what it said on the site and it’s still on the White screen with the Apple logo
