My AirPods won't even last an hour for a zoom meeting.

How old are they? Perhaps they need new batteries.
What do you mean new batteries? i plug them in to charge them
Lithium Polymer batteries wear out over time and lose their ability to hold a charge and have to be replaced.
ok where do I get the batteries and how do I change them?
