apple watch series 5 keeps freezing

i got an apple watch series 5 less than a year ago and it freezes and i have to restart it at least once a day.

Apple watch freezing My Apple watch keeps freezing on me several, 7 or 10, times a day. I have unpaired my watch, force restart, updated to the latest IOS, and it still keeps happening. It also happens every time I wash my hands. Today it called 911, Emergency Services, as I was trying to force restart and didn't let me hang up.

Apple Watch Series 5 has been freezing For the last 3 weeks my Apple Watch Series 5 has been freezing about every other night. I wear it to bed and when my alarm doesn’t go off, it’s stuck on time from the middle of the night. The next time that happens try a, "force restart" ...

Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
