Can't upload photos to iCloud
As you see, I have enough iCloud space but when I open Photos app, it says the storage is almost full and upgrade my storage. What's the problem and what should I do to solve this problem?? T.T

I asked this problem to Apple Support, they said we can't upload(sync) photos to iCloud when total storage of pending photos is larger than usable iCloud storage T.T
