some one stole my iPhone and i don't have no serial number on it

I am assuming that you do not have FIND MY app setup to contain your iPhone. You also mentioned that you do not have iCloud set up on it with your Apple ID.

I am afraid that you will need to report your iPhone stolen at the local police station and hope that they can find it.

Note that if you decide to call Apple Support then Apple will also not be able to you because it does not participate in the recovery of lost/stolen iPhones.

No, if you cannot locate it with Find My there is no way to locate it.

You haven't reported it to the police yet? You should do so.
