Deleted Xcode Project

I deleted my Xcode project which i uploaded to the App Store. Is there any way to download that or recover the Project. I haven't uploaded to git or anything like that.

HOW DO I LOAD AN APPS DATA FROM PREVIEW?!?! [URGENT] I accidentally deleted an Xcode project from my mac, Like emptied the trash and everything and I dont know how to recover it. I opened a new project and previewed and saw the app still in the preview with all the other apps Ive made in the past. how to recover deleted iMovie project i attempted to duplicate a project that i have been working on for the past 2 months in imovie yesterday and it deleted the whole project . how do i get the project back ?

Gone is gone. Rule #1 is to backup important things you cannot afford to lose, and in duplicity, use a Git server on another machine that is also backed up.
