Unable to delete User folder dragged into the trash bin.

I dragged a User folder into the trash and can't delete it. Most of the files were deleted, but Library and Voicetrigger don't appear, but it says they are being used. How do I delete the entire folder with the 2 hidden files?

Hidden user library folder on backup drive I backed up my system using Carbon Copy Cloner and then did a fresh install. What I didn't do is unhide my user library before the backup. Now I need to access that folder on the backup drive but I can't figure out how or if it's even possible to do so. Any suggestions? I am trying to grab some preference files and that's it.
