No wifi

Hello I have a question, so I Changed my password then I forgot it. I am trying to reset it from i cloud but my WiFi disconnected and I cant connect back to it so I can not reset my iPad.

I restarted my ipad. It asked for WiFi password. It won’t accept password. My other devices accept it. Now what? I restarted my ipad. I’m next to router now. iPad won’t accept my WiFi password.
