It says untrusted cert title

Followed instructions on white question mark and folder but when I trye to reinstall mac0s it says “untrusted cert title”. How do I fix this

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.12

Set your Computer to the Correct Time:

You need to set your computer to the correct time* - it is not set correctly. Once set correctly, it should install just fine.
