My iPhone is disabled because of the passcode

My phone is disabled because of the passcode. Is there a way to reset without losing my data.

No, there isn't. If have not backed up your phone, you will have to erase it and all your data will be wiped in the process. If you have backed up your phone, you can restore from backup after you've erased it.
