Icloud music library freezing itunes

I have a itunes match annual subscription so i use the icould music library to sync my music on my windows 10 laptop to my itunes on my iphone and other windows 10 laptop. I have been using using this service for a few years so I am not trying to create a new a new library and not had any issues before.

I added some new albums last week and when it tried to sync my library, itunes froze. i tried shutting down itunes and restarting but no success. I checked that the version of itunes is up to date and also updated my windows 10 as well. I tried safe mode as well. I disconnected the wifi on my Laptop and was able to use itunes but once I connected it again and the icloud started to sync, it froze. No other issues on the laptop so just the issue with itunes. Only have 6500 songs so should not be a match limit problem.

HELP!
