Unauthorized Payment

A payment of €57.99 for Apple.com was withdrawn from my Ulster Bank account on the 24/7/2020, payment initiated on the 23/07/2020. I did not authorize any such payment and i did not sign up for any additional service with your company nor did i give you my bank details for any such payment. I have a €0.99pm payment on my account. Can you look into this as a matter of urgency and also confirm with what authority you withdrew funds from my personal bank account?
