sending text messages to android phone

My iphone 6SPlus has suddenly stopped me sending text messages it will now just send imessages to iphones, can't txt message anyone on android as I was able 2 days ago??

Hi,

Please check that your iPhone has not suddenly changed the sending address to your iCloud email. Go to Settings-Messages-Send and Receive, and select the correct phone number to send it from.

Thank for your reply, have checked and my ph number is correct I can now, as of today send most texts but not to my son I can ring him but not text him just bounces back as Not Delivered, he has not altered anything on his phone to cause this.

Since SMS/MMS are services provided by your cellular service provider, the first thing to do is call them and make sure something did not go awry with your account setup with them.
