Apple watch series 5 carrier
I bought my apple watch in Australia, and i would like to know if it's compatible with an USA carrier (T-Mobile).

No. But you can use it as a GPS only, and it will continue to do everything the cellular model will do as long as your iPhone is nearby.

Also the emergency services (911) should still work on a Series 5
