Service centre rejects

My iPhone X s max is getting restarted in every 3 to 5 minutes. Service Center returned it saying that it’s motherboard failure and can’t be rectified. Any solutions?

No. They won't replace it for free if it's out of warranty.

Did they offer you the option to purchase an out-of-warranty replacement at a reduced cost? If so, that's the option I'd recommend. If they didn't, I'd call reach out to customer support and see if it's an option.
