I’m trying to move all data from my iPhone 6 (without duplication) into my new iPhone 11. But... I need the iPhone 6 to be usable thru WiFi for my child, thru her visits w father. iPhone is is already backed up. What do I do now? And can I make the iPhone 6 a separate APPLE ID?

iPhone 6, iOS 11

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Ensure the iPhone 6 is backed up (Settings ➔ Apple ID(Top) ➔ iCloud ➔ iCloud backup). Then restore you iPhone 11 from the backup (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184)

Then I'd remove your ID from the iPhone 6 and erase it (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201351) and set it up as a new phone for your daughter creating a new Apple ID.
