SCAM on Macbooks

Hi, has anyone faced this scam on their MacBooks which automatically shows you that a virus exists in your Mac and it opens Mackeeper and shows you a timer to take action?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

Very common scam attempt. Close the window/popup and move on. Never call the number nor provide them access to your computer. Never give them your personal. financial. or password information.
