A problem with restoring iPhone to iOS 13 from iOS 14 public beta

So I downloaded the iOS 14 public beta today because every year in July, I always like to try the public betas of the new iOS updates. Not knowing that iOS 14 public beta takes up 12gbs of storage (don't know if that's a bug or not) and I am using an 32gb iPhone 7 that I used up 19gbs before updating but now 28gb because of updating, I now want to restore to iOS 13. So I did but after I restore by using my MacBook, it took me right back to iOS 14. Is there any way that I can go back?
