My Iphone is locked

How exactly is your iPhone locked? Are you referring to a passcode lock? If so, then follow these instructions to remove a passcode that is either unknown or forgotten. Are you referring to Activation Lock? If so, then you can unlock your iPhone by entering your Apple ID and password on the device while it's connected to the internet. If you don't know your Apple ID password you will need to reset it and can find those steps here.
