Can a sender dispute sending payment?

I am wondering if someone who sends you money can dispute the funds and reverse it back? For example, if I sell something to someone on a site like OfferUp, and they pay me with Apple Pay

The reason I ask is because payment services like Venmo can be scammers and they can reverse the payments by "disputing" them with the payment processor. I want to make sure that someone can't fake a payment to me, take the good, then dispute it and get their money back and keep the goods.

There are no refunds with Apple Cash and no buyer protections. It is not meant for commercial use. I use Zelle for person to person payments. If you are honest and send goods after you are paid there should not be issues. If there are issues Greendot can permanently lock someones Apple Cash.
