Excessive White Noise and Static with any recroded audio with Iphone 8plus

I can be in a silent room and the recorded audio will have sooooo much white noise and static.

I used to think this was all iphones however ive seen countless videos of people using iphones as a recording device who do not get this problem.

Ive already gotten a replacement to see if my phone was defective but the problem remains.

How can some phones do this while others dont?
