Dropping WIFI every 5 minute post latest Mac update.

Hi can I get any help regarding my Mac Book Air dropping WIFI every few minutes post latest Apple Update ? I have tried most methods.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

Thank you John, I have been. It is just since I updated my MacBookAir that this has been happening at an alarming frequency, we live in a tiny town on the farthest west coast of British Columbia, it may be overloaded.
