I want to purchase the magical keyboard fir the iPad pro 11 (the latest model), I want to choose Arabic keyboard. Is the keyboard has the two languages: English and Arabic because I definitely need an English in the same keyboard

Yes, keyboards for Arabic and other non-Latin scripts always have English printed on them as well. Otherwise you could not type most email and web addresses.

You can easily change the language on the Magic Keyboard. To buy the Arabic version, go to Apple.com, choose iPad, then Keyboards. Select the Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro 11, then choose language, which you'll choose Arabic.
No, if you buy the Arabic version, the keys will be printed in Arabic. You can switch languages in Settings if you want to switch from Arabic to English.
