Half measures in a Logic Pro X project

I have a song with a verse that is 13 and 1/2 measures long. How do I get the metronome and Drummer on board with this concept? I need them to count 1 2 1 2 3 4 to correctly play the part that follows. Is there a way to map this out?

You need to insert the right time signature changes on the signature track, one of the master tracks.
