How do import contacts from a vcard when I get an error "there was a problem with the vcard"

When I am try to import to a new iPhone a vcard with my contacts from my Android. I receive the error, "cannot import contacts. There was an error with the vcard." How do I get around this and import the contacts?

have no idea what’s wrong with the format of the vcard, but if your iPhone can’t import it there is something wrong with it. Yo can add contacts from an Android by adding your gmail account to your iPhone (assuming you use gmail for your contacts, as most people do). This will sync all contacts to the iPhone.
