Audio quality AirPods

My left AirPod sound is way lower than right. I have already checked to make sure the balance is correct.

AirPods volume I just recently bought my AirPods pros about three months ago and already they haven't been working good. My right airpod volume is significantly lower than my left airpod. It sounds like all the sound is coming from my left airpod and not the right one.
