hello I have an iPhone 6 and I don’t have an update of iOS 13 since I have my last update 12.4.7

The iPhone 6 is too old to accept iOS 13.
An iPhone 6 can't run iOS 13.

Bear in mind the iPhone 6 was released by Apple nearly six years ago.
You can never run any version of iOS 13 on that device.
