Sorry no. No backup = No recovery, sorry.
You can eventually retrieve data that was synced to iCloud (i.e. Photos if you enabled iCloud Photos, Calendars, reminders, messages, notes, etc).
If you used that important feature, before using the procedure to re-enable your device, you can transfer those things to your computer using these instuctions:--> Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud - Apple Support
When done, you can use the process to re-gain access to your device:--> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled
