Then, it depends also on the reason you want to connect your iPhone to iTunes. Please explain.

Recently my iphone was disabled but that recovered i did a hard restart and waited for 15 minutes and then it was back to normal but i tried connecting it yesterday and my PC did not recognize it, it is charging but I cannot see my iphone on itunes and that too even my headphones are not detected on my phone also
