You have encountered Activation Lock which is a theft prevention feature. We cannot help you and Apple will only help if you can produce the original receipt clearly showing the serial number of the phone.
How can I get into my account
Where do I find the serial number? I have the phone for three years now?
The serial number is on the back of the phone and it must agree with the number printed on the original receipt in order to expect any help from Apple.
