When I try to use AirPlay to cast something from my IPhone X to my Smart TV it asks for my AirPlay password. I don’t know my AirPlay password and don’t know how to find, recover or reset my AirPlay password. Can anyone help me?
I am not sure which model iPhone you have and which iOS version that you are running. I am also not sure which model Vizio Smart TV that you have.

Do you have the Apple TV device connected to your Smart TV or is your Smart TV AirPlay enabled?
If you are working the Apple TV device connected to your Smart TV and you are looking for the AirPlay password then-
Open Settings > AirPlay > Password > [set password].

I actually called Apple support again and got the most amazing support specialist who figured out the issue by going to the Vizio doc for my model TV, and it was in the Apple HomeKit set up. Now I’m all set and AirPlay is working great!

I have a Vizio Smart TV that is AirPlay enabled. On my IPhone I don’t see AirPlay under settings.
