How can I get all my photos from iphone x to apple tv. Doesnt seem to be updating photos. Thanks

Both Apple TV and your iPhone XR needs to be signed on with the same Apple ID
Activate iCloud for photos on your iPhone XR
Turn ON iCloud Photos on your Apple TV
