Kernel Panic issue

Hi,

I randomly get kernel panics, when I edit a video in FCP or do any power-heavy stuff. This appears when I upgraded the Mac OS Catalina, to its newest version. Are there any thoughts, to solve the problem? Here's the details of my last kernel panic:

<<panic(cpu 2 ...): Kernel trap ... type 14=page fault

[ a page fault is a reference to memory not owned by the task attempting access. It should NEVER occur in well-behaved software.]

BSD process name corresponding to current thread: Adobe CEF Helper>>

First Make certain your adobe software is up-to-date.

Your wounds are completely self-inflicted. This software is causing the panic "to protect you":

loaded kexts:

com.avast.PacketForwarder 2.1

com.avast.FileShield 4.0.0

MacOS is already very well protected from random malware attacks, and such third-party drek in not needed on your well-protected Macintosh computer.
