My ipad is locked but ido restore and now ihave no icloud id and mobile phone option
My ipad is locked and I forget the passcode when I am trying to backpack it shows the icloud id and phone number which I am not using

if you forget the passcode If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
if it's activation locked Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support
if you forgotten the appleID and or password https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid
otherwise you need apples help
