Please provide us with your model number that you can find under Settings --> General --> About.

An iPhone 6s and 6s Plus can be upgraded to iOS 13, an iPhone 6 or 6 Plus cannot. Your signature says "iPhone 6 Plus". In that case, your iPhone is too old and it cannot be upgraded to iOS 13.
