Help with apple education store

I recently went on the apple education store and bought a macbook pro and then paid for it. I then realized that i got the wrong storage, so i canceled the order. However, upon reordering I get this message. I've tried to call customer support but nothing really works. Anyone know how to deal with this message?

"Your order cannot be processed.

You have exceeded the product quantity limit for an item in your bag. As a result, we are unable to process your order."

Hello ohhhhEric,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. From what I understand, you are returning a MacBook Pro from the Apple Education Store and would like to return it for a MacBook Pro with upgraded storage, correct?

I'll have you contact one of our expects at Get Support to aid in resolving this for you.
