apple Pay-transfer

I have a debit card already added with my Apple Pay and when I’m trying to insta transfer Money from my Apple Pay wallet to my debit card it says I need to add one and when I put my card information again it says I already have My card set up in wallet

It must be a Visa debit - Transfer money in Apple Cash to your bank account or Visa debit card - Apple Support
