so i’m on offerup looking for a used apple watch for cheaper. i found one that was cellular and gps but i don’t want to pay and extra fee for a apple watch line. the apple watch i found was the cheapest but had both cellular and gps, the girl said i can use the watch without cellular. i’m confused cause i want to buy that but not pay extra. what should i do?
She is correct, you can buy the used watch from her and not activate a cellular account with your cellular service provider. But you may find a used GPS-only Watch for less than she wants to charge for the watch that she has.
The important thing is that you buy a used watch that you have verified that it is not protected by Activation Lock.
