LEFT AirPod works ONLY IF the RIGHT is also inserted and working

My LEFT AirPod WORKS, but ONLY IF the right Airpod is also inserted and working.

I cannot use the left AirPod independently.

iPhone 7, iOS 13

I've tried this but the problem is remain same...

and its only happen in my mac, but not in my iphone
