Hi we suddenly miss TV 4 play in our Apple TV . What can we do to get it back?

TV4 should still be supported on Apple TV (3rd generation or later), according to their website:

TV4 Play-appen finns till Apple TV generation 3 och framåt.

The TV4 Play app is available for Apple TV generation 3 onwards.

we have always seen tv 4 play in our Apple TV. But now in our meny its gone.
