Account disabled

I am unable to update my account payment information. I recently got hacked and someone made months of charges on my account. I had to cancel my card and now my account won’t allow me to update a payment method giving me an error advising me that my account has been disabled.

If your account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, you need to contact iTunes Support: If you see a message that says “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”
