I’ve just bought a pre owned Apple Watch and the previous owner has forgotten to remove the device from their account. What do I do if I cannot get hold of them or don’t get a response. They were supposed to of unlocked it.

If you can’t contact the previous owner you will never be able to use the watch.
Ok thanks, well hopefully they will reply and erase it from iCloud. Otherwise I can report them to eBay and they can be contacted to do the right thing.
