iOS 13.5.1 and iSmartGate
Apple Home is showing No Response
Ive spoken with iSmartgate who have asked me to remove the device from the home, reset the device and then reconnect the device.
Tried twice and no luck.
But if I put the iSmartgate into HomeApp/Homekit only mode, it works fine.
When in the mode that allows the use of the iSmartgate app and web access, the device has an issue being controlled for the iOS Home App.
Ive seen another threat with people having similar issues. But I don't believe anybody has found a fix.
I believe it's a firmware issue, but not sure who is responsible.
Any help or input would be appreciated.
