What is the cost for replacement screen for an I phone 7?

In the USA it will be $149. If you use a third party repairer you will not get an OEM factory new display as those are only made available to Apple and Apple Authorized repair centers. Apple does not sell parts to anyone else.

All Apple parts and labor are warrantied for 90 days as well.
