I didn’t update my iPad's software due to the insufficient storage and after I updated it then no other updates are available. As some of the apps and features are just available in iOS 13 or more.
Plz help me with this.

iPad Mini 2 and iPad Mini 3 cannot upgrade/update beyond iOS 12.4.7.
The 2013 iPad Air 1st generation and 2013 iPad Mini 2 and 2014 iPad Mini 3 are too old and not powerful enough internal hardware to run all the new features of iPadOS 13 and future iPadOS versions.
Sorry.
It will be because of the age of your iPad and how it is not supported anymore.
