When I started up this new device, I got a pop up asking if I would like a "learn how to use" guide around the MacBook Pro. I could choose No, Yes or Remind Me Later. I did this a few times, but someone else used my MacBook and chose "No." How do I go to that tutorial now?

That isn't it, thanks for suggestion. It was a local tutorial. I had picked "remind me later", until someone was borrowing it and said "no thanks" and now I cannot get it back.
Another possibility. Go to Finder and on the Finder Help menu there is a "New to Mac? Tour the Basics" and also "See what's new in macOS."
