My daughters iPad says her account has been disabled

Account or iPad?

Account (generic):--> If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

Account (in Itunes & AppStore):--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'

iPad Disabled:--> If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
