There are 3 Apple email addresses that reside on my Macs and iPhone, since being an early adopter of the Cloud. There is a @Mac (currently being used as Apple ID) , @icloud and @me. How can the @icloud and @me be deleted from all devices?

OK, if you cant remove @me.com and @icloud.com. How do you stop iMessage using them as default senders e mail address? I want to use my primary address only as it is confusing some of my contacts, some of whom are not replying in case its spam.

You can't remove/change @iCloud.com, @me.com or @mac.com aliases.
This worked. The ones hoping to be deleted, were deleted https://support.apple.com/guide/icloud/use-email-aliases-mm6b1a490a/icloud
They weren't the original aliases. I'm glad it worked for you.
