My husband has given me his old ipod nano (which he used via iTunes on his own MAC). I want to replace the music on this to the music and audiobooks in my library. Will the "erase and sync" feature in iTunes delete the music from ONLY the nano - I am concerned that it will also erase the content from my husband's iTunes library on his own MAC.
Thanks QuickPost - just to double check. It will only delete the content that is currently on the iPod nano so that I can fill it with content from the library on MY MAC. . What I don't want is for it to delete the content of the library on my husband's MAC as well.

When you erase this iPod it will not affect the content stored on his Macintosh.

iPod can only be synchronized to 1 library at a time meaning that if you wish to synchornize content from your library then it will erase any content he had initially synchronized to it.
